This is my son, he is a nature lover, artist and he has ADHD

When this quiet child was born peacefully in to the world I could never know how much he would teach me about myself, motherhood and how to be a therapist to my neurodivergent clients.

My curiosity was sparked. Everyday I continue to learn how to help him navigate a world that overwhelms and challenges him.

Getting my own diagnosis of ADHD at 45 was a change in the fabric of the story I had about myself, one that relieved so much internalized shame and striving.

I greatly enjoy and feel passionate about helping my clients write a story about themselves and their ADHD that feels authentic and empowers them to follow their strengths.
