I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I specialize in therapy for eating disorders, addiction, depression and anxiety.
I was born a sensitive, curious, nature-loving child. My journey to becoming a therapist arose out of my own years of healing and a desire to share what I had discovered.
I am deeply moved and honored to witness the stories of my clients, to help them find their truth, their light and their wisdom within.
Outside of the therapy office, you can find me exploring outside with my kids and dog, surfing with family and finding inspiration in nature.
