Insurance

I do not take insurance plans as payment.

For clients with PPO insurance plans, you can submit paperwork for reimbursement for seeing an “out-of-network” provider.  I provide my clients with a monthly "superbill";  a statement with sessions, payments and insurance codes that is submitted to insurance for reimbursement.  For questions please contact me at 415 364 8231.
